Not many years have passed it seems, that the Sinclair Gas Sign could be found in towns, and along the highways. The green, Brontosaurus nicknamed Dino was the mascot, the emblem that adorned the green and red lettered signs. The Sinclair Gas Sign sat atop the now ancient type of gasoline pump, where the fuel levels were metered as a customer got a fill-up.
As a novelty, some stations not only displayed the Sinclair Gas Sign, but also modified the building in the shape of the dinosaur for which it is famous for. The old timers will be glad to tell you about the days of Sinclair, and will have a gleam in their eye while speaking. Sinclair and its dinosaur will never be extinct.
